Welcome to Smallthings CATS

We are a small group of volunteers who are working together to help give cats a second chance at a loving home. Almost all of our cats come directly from The Rainbow Shelter, our community's animal control. Due to the high volume of cats coming in, and low redemption rates, many of these cats are left homeless and few people want to adopt an unfixed cat.

Smallthings has some of these shelter cats spayed or neutered and then puts them up for adoption at our shop, located at 253 Hazel Street. We are run entirely by volunteers, with help from The Rainbow Shelter, and their staff. Our fixed friendly cats are available for adoption from $20 to $95 depending on the cat's age.

We LOVE when these cats can find homes. For every cat that is adopted, it makes room for us to help one more.

About our Name...

The store name Small Things comes from a quotation by Mother Theresa:

"We can do no great things. Only small things with great love."
